Cash Management
One of PartnerSolve’s first engagements was in this specialty and we continue to help organizations with a wide range of capabilities. We have built new Billing & Collection systems for clients, helped implement controls and metrics, provided staff augmentation to gain quick results, designed processes (e.g., escheatment, client cash allocation), implemented quality programs, and helped clients both outsource and bring back in-house.
